For items purchased at our stores in Kamakura or Kyoto, exchanges are possible within 5 days of purchase if the store has the item in stock. Please contact us through the inquiry form first. When contacting us, attach a photo of your receipt and include the store name and purchase date. After reviewing your request, we will contact you with further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
