If the event is canceled, we will notify you by email no later than 9:00 PM on Friday, November 20.
*Please note that the participation terms provided at the time of ticket booking originally stated that a cancellation decision would generally be announced by 3:00 PM two days before the event.
However, in Taiwan, official government announcements regarding typhoons are often made between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the day before. We have therefore adjusted the timing of our final decision to ensure that it is based on the latest and most accurate information, with everyone's safety as our top priority.
