International shipping fees vary depending on the destination and the weight of the products. Add the products to your cart and enter your shipping destination to see the applicable shipping fee.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped according to the following schedule:
Weekdays: Orders with payment completed by 3:00 PM (JST) will be shipped the same day.
Weekends and public holidays: Orders with payment completed by 1:30 PM (JST) will be shipped the same day.
For pre-orders, lottery sales, and custom orders, the estimated delivery period will be provided in your order confirmation email.
Delivery times after shipment vary depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance procedures, and EMS / DHL shipping conditions. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that shipping and delivery may be delayed due to extended holiday periods, natural disasters, severe weather, high order volumes, or if additional confirmation of your order details is required.
