Orders are shipped according to the following schedule:
Weekdays: Orders with payment completed by 3:00 PM (JST) will be shipped the same day.
Weekends and public holidays: Orders with payment completed by 1:30 PM (JST) will be shipped the same day.
For pre-orders, lottery sales, and custom orders, the estimated delivery period will be provided in your order confirmation email.
Please note that shipping and delivery may be delayed due to extended holiday periods, natural disasters, severe weather, high order volumes, or if additional confirmation of your order details is required.
