If the product you received didn't fit, we offer exchanges for most products. Please review the following conditions before contacting us.
- We only accept exchanges when the item is unused (except for fitting)
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Any signs or smells of cigarettes, cosmetics, or stains on the clothes are not noticed. For products preordered at dealers, exchange policies can vary.
